What are they talking about? Melissa said on TRL that she and Britney were never friends

Actually, what Mel said on TRL was that she hadn't heard from Britney in a long time. On Craig Kilborn Mel explained that she and Britney were still friends, but that Mel only gets to see her when there are a lot of other people around and heavy security around Britney and its very hard to talk then. Mel has always been really nice about it. and has always been ready and willing to be a closer friend to Britney, but Britney's just so huge ( I mean as a celebrity, not otherwise) it's hard. I mean, her security people wouldn't even let Mark McGrath of Sugar Ray say hello to her at some industry party, for God's sake. Mel, to her credit, isn't big on that whole "posse" mentality, either, that pop stars seem to love.
Well, I guess all this means is that the threesome dream involving me, Mel and Britney is probably dead.

Actually, www.mel-tv.com is getting a full makeover, but I am waiting for some software to finish it. To get the effect I want I don't just want to load it in pieces though. I know we discussed this before Owen, but if you'll email me a site banner and a forum banner I'll post them. It's important that I have a seperate one for the forum with the new structure as it will appear in a different place than the regular links page. :mrgreen

Well, I haven't made a Melissa Zone banner yet, but the following code will stick you on the owenrudge.net Banner System. I've made a new zone that only contains Melissa-related banners (no TT banners, etc). I'll send you a private message with the details.
