No Rest for the Goo Goo Dolls
Thursday September 26, 9:04 am ET

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 26, 2002--The first leg of the sold out `Gutterflower' tour may be over, but there's no rest for America's hardest working band -- the Goo Goo Dolls. After sold out performances coast to coast, the Goo Goo Dolls have a busy week of taping shows, before they head out for a two week tour of Japan and Australia. The band will be appearing on the following TV shows over the next few months:
September 23 -- The Wayne Brady show

September 24 -- The band co-hosted UPN's Tuesday premiere night
of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and their new series
Haunted culminating with a special performance of
`Big Machine,' filmed on a roof top in downtown
L.A. September 27 -- MTV -- Music in High Places.
1 hour, 10pm EST/PST. The Goo Goo Dolls in Alaska.

October -- Season premier of the following VH-1 shows:
Rock the House -- 1/2hour weekly series. (Rock the
House is loosely based on TLC's "Trading Spaces"
but VH-1 take it to the next level by having one of
today's hottest music artists work with a team of
art directors by adding their own distinct style
to one of the rooms in the home of a devoted fan.
The best part about this scenario is...it's all a
surprise to the fan.) Ambush Audition -- 1/2 hour
weekly series. Candid camera audition style
(unwitting participants get an opportunity to
audition and perform with their favorite band)

November 16/17 -- The Goo Goo Dolls will be hosting IFC's annual
`Indie Rocks Festival,' (a two day festival of
movies with cool soundtracks) starts 8pm EST with
multiple repeats

November -- The band will be making a guest appearance on
Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, performing their
current hit single `Big Machine'. This show will
air during November sweeps on the WB at 8:30pm PST.

Well it was not much to come up with but itīs better than nothing Rolling Eyes

And yet, I've never heard of the "Goo Goo Dolls".

Anyway, thanks for the news! Smile
